2-3" IN LAST 24 HRS
Yesterday's storm skiing delivered whiteout conditions in the bowl, alone with a few inches here and there in the last 24 hours. Likely more snow at higher elevations, including the bowl; however, given that it's probably not a foot of heavy powder, it's probably just enough snow to hide the sharks that were poking through or lurking just beneath the surface. But! Everything helps and these kinds of regular deposits are exactly the type of thing that add up to make skiing in Big Sky great.
Today's temps are going to be ideal once again, ranging between 14°F and 25°F with winds calmly swirling in from the West, gusting to only about 15mph at mid mountain. All under mostly sunny skies.
Well it's shaping up to be another beautiful day to cruise some smooth grippy goomers, and maybe get lucky with some freshies in The Bowl. Snow makers continue to bust their butts for all of us so make sure to give them some love. Other than that, enjoy the sun, stay safe, and remember, it's a long season!
